The Amajor Gender Equality Policy was therefore a natural next step, especially in our current context.
It is an indispensable part of our mission as a Benefit Corporation and a company that always puts all people first, without distinctions or limits. We are obviously also committed to helping them achieve their full potential.
At Amajor, gender equality is founded on principles and concrete objectives, which define our responsibilities with absolute transparency.
We therefore created a Gender Equality Management System based on respect and promoting diversity in terms of gender, age, origin, social status, religion, political affiliation, mental and physical abilities, identity and sexual orientation.
Everything we experience on a daily basis – on the professional, personal and human levels – is encompassed by this process. The system provides guidelines to follow in every area: from the selection and hiring processes, to training and professional growth, in addition to awareness and promotion of inclusive and respectful behaviour and language.
