He will finally have a complete understanding of the role of the sales manager, in particular his purpose within the company and his responsibilities.

He will have at his disposal – and learn to use – simple and precise methods and tools to be able to build, organise, manage and above all motivate the sales network.

He will gain the ability to unseat underperforming salespeople and choose those most in line, thanks to useful methodologies that will help him identify and analyse indicators, even those that are not expressed.

It will put into practice an innovative technique for creating territory development strategies, in line with commercial and corporate guidelines, to create the right networks and draw the right market penetration considerations.

Study methodologies

Your sales manager will have one day per month of the Academy in presence, to fully experience the experiential path, learn, test themselves, compare themselves constructively with other professionals and share the results achieved.

In addition, there will be two sessions per month, to be agreed with the trainer, organised remotely to ensure that what has been learnt can be put into practice with maximum concreteness and effectiveness.
